Description
The Screening Operator component is used to simulate a group of operators who manually deliver a screening of products travelling through an XRay machine.
Screening Operators can operate at Level 2 and/or 3.
- Level 2: When a product travels through XRay, and the XRay marks the product as Rejected, the product XRay picture is presented electronically to a Level 2 Screening operator who can further analyse the picture and deliver a Level 2 screening result.
- Level 3: Screening operator screen products arriving on specific conveyors, deliver a Level 3 screening result, and drop the product on another conveyor once the product has been screened and identified (optional).
Creation
From the Toolbox, simply drag and drop a Screening Operator Group into the simulation.
