Version 9.9 - 1st June 2022
What’s new
-
[I] Physics: The GetProductInArea function has been added. [ref 29237]
-
[O] Added the ability to secure web sockets in script. See here for more information. [ref 29264]
-
[O] Updated the manual for enabling the secure websocket. See the Operator Server section for more information. [ref 29264]
-
[I] When creating products via a physics conveyor’s right click menu, the product will be placed so that the entire product is sitting on the conveyor surface. [ref 29664]
-
[I] Physics: StartStopRequest property has been added to physics conveyors. This property is an alias to the existing Running property. [ref 29658]
-
[I] Physics: UseAccelerationInTimeMode, AccelerationInSeconds, DecelerationInSeconds properties added to Physics Conveyors for simulation script. [ref 29660]
-
[O] Added BTS Equipment (Diverge, Transfer, Merge) visual bindings. The color and visibility of surface, base, left and right side panels, and lines can be set by binding expressions. [ref 29618]
Bugs fixed
-
[I] Physics: Products moving around curved conveyors is now more realistic. [ref 29554]
-
[I O] Fixed a bug where use of the simulation script Ping function could cause Sym3 to crash. [SUPPORT 2373] [ref 29546]
-
[I] Physics: Fixed a bug where products would ’tilt’ when first transferred to physics conveyors. [ref 29554, 29663]
-
[I] Physics: Modifying lateral offsets of products on physics conveyors/chutes now correctly modifies the lateral offset of the product. [ref 29235]
-
[I] Physics: Tilt property of PhysicsChute not saved in project [ref 29662]
-
[I] UndoRedo: Added Undo/Redo support for Merge/Diverge/Transfer BTS equipment [ref 29609]
-
[O] Sym3WebClient repeatedly connects and disconnects because of OPC-UA [ref 29723]
-
[I] Fixed two PE Sensors stay blocked issues with blockage in reverse conveyor.- [JIRA Sym3-417] [JIRA Sym3-418] [ref 29713][ref 29715]
Known issues
- [I] Physics: If a product is added to a physics component while another product is deleted, Integrator may freeze.
- [O] BTS Equipment bindings only function in the Windows Operator client, having no impact in the web client.
