What’s new

  • Device IOs: Now can change the byte order. See documentation for more information. [ref 8321]
  • Property Editor: Improved performance of the equipment drop-down list, it is now instantaneous to open it and it is also alphabetically sorted. [ref 8510]
  • Designer, Integrator: New property for product called ‘Lateral Offset’ that allows the user to position the product anywhere on a transporter (conveyor, chute). It was previously always on the center line. [ref 8490]
  • Designer, Integrator: New property for Handler group and Operator Group called ‘Lateral Offset’ that will applied a Lateral Offset value to the product being handled. [ref 8504]
  • Designer, Integrator: New properties for the Product Schedule to generate products with a lateral offset, please see documentation for more information.
  • Designer, Integrator: New option in 3D view to allow the user to catch a product on drop it anywhere on a transporter. A lateral offset value will be assigned to the product. [ref 8500]
  • Designer, Integrator: ‘Free Position’ mode for PE Sensor to freely position the PE anywhere. New ‘Length’ property to set PE length. See documentation for more details. [ref 8513]
  • Skew Conveyor: new conveyor type with new property ‘Belt Direction’. In this mode, product will not travel straight but will gradually offset laterally. See documentation for more details. [ref 8514]

Bugs fixed

  • Sym3 Designer/Integrator - System Colors for products were not saved in project. [ref 8438]
  • All Sym3: couldn’t rename a MyEquipment that is a child of another equipment. [ref 8484]
  • All Sym3: couldn’t export the Name of MyEquipment in the ‘Export Properties’ feature in project explorer. [ref 8509]
  • PE sensor not blocked when manually drop a long product (1.5m) on a stopped conveyor that overlap on a PE from a connection (source or destination). [ref 8376]
  • Device IOs: the inverted logic was not working on the output but was working on the inputs [ref 8617]
  • Fix PE bugs with accumulation mode and a long product of 1.5m long. [ref 8375]
  • Cannot change LateralOffset in simulation script. Use SetLateralOffset method. See scripting documentation. [ref 8682]
  • Crash when running simulation with some project due to acceleration on conveyor. [ref 8680]
  • Skew PE on Curve conveyor not always block/unblock the PE. [ref 8659]
  • PE Sensor, wrong height of 0.05 when in free-positioning mode[ref 8834]
