What’s new

• Logical Processors: now supported in Sym3 Integrator. Please see documentation for more details. [JIRA Sym3-220]. [ref 11292]
  Note: Run Through is not supported when using Logical Processors.

• CIP datasource now implemented as “CIP Emulation” mode. Sym3 will start as a CIP server and emulate a CIP PLC. [JIRA Sym3-133]. [ref 11447]
  Note: There’s some limitations:

  • Kepware not working. It is a complex CIP client that will require specific development.
  • When ‘CIP Emulation’ server is not available for Allen Bradley Client then client crashes whereas this is not the case with Omron-Client
  • Initial values are not updated, they will be updated after the tag value changes.

Bugs fixed

• Tags were not working with equipment on a new project. It was working after Save/Close/Reopen. [ref 10738]
• Operator: products children of products were shown only on Background layer. [ref 11423]
• Operator: Operator replay didn’t have all cameras due to an error in Operator Server (Due to a MyEquipment from shape with a child from shape) . [ref 11368]
• Replay: A MyEquipment was not displayed. [ref 11544]
